A group of environmentalist intellectual fight against the coal plant in the region which will lead to a conflict with the villagers. Intellectuals have become settled in the region by bought land and houses from the villagers, eco-tourism and organic agriculture movement started in intellectuals leads to recognize the ancestral production model.

Resistance becomes a time of conflict and cooperation between the two groups. Director Yüksel Aksu creates powerful humor in the political arguments and local culture with this playful criticism of the erosion of societal values.
