Kinofokus section of Kinookus FFF this year has the pleasure of hosting Mrs Ivana Oresic, the author of an incredible itinerary cookbook.
On her travels Ivana never stresses about gaining a few kilos; she likes to taste everything, and she does it unbiasedly! Every time flavours, aromas and food preparation reveals a different outlook on folk customs and ways of living. The author will try to share the magic of her joyful travels by cooking some of her favourite dishes from the book, and by reading a few short stories accompanied by traditional music where the dish was discovered.
